NANPA Foundation Janie Moore Greene Grant Application

This scholarship grant of $2,000 is awarded biennially to a student specializing in the study of photography who is currently enrolled in, or who has been accepted to, an institution of higher education. The grant is made possible through the generosity of Janie Moore Greene.

Applications will be accepted in the fall of 2024.

Applications for the Janie Moore Greene Grant are only accepted online. You can download a PDF which can be used to develop your application before completing the online application below.

NOTE: The online submission process does not allow an applicant to complete a part of the application, save his/her work, and return to complete the remainder of the application at a later date.     Write a short essay (no more than 400 words) explaining what inspired you to pursue a course of study in photography and, if applicable, your interests in nature photography.

    Please upload five images with the following specifications:

    RECOMMENDED DIMENSIONS: No more than 1920 pixels on the longest side

    RESOLUTION: 72 dpi

    FILE FORMAT & SIZE: JPEG – should be under 3 MB in size

    COLOR SPACE: Save images in RGB color space, preferably sRGB. Save all images as Baseline Standard JPEG. Do not save as a Progressive JPEG.
